What is Autumn in Moorestown?
Sponsored by the Moorestown Business Association (MBA), Autumn in Moorestown is held on the third Saturday in October and brings together artists and crafters with a public who has a proven interest in the arts. Settled by Quakers in the late 17th Century, Moorestown is the home of the historic Perkins Center for the Arts and a diverse selection of restaurants, family owned storefronts and craft shops. The Moorestown Community House (itself an architectural splendor) houses the community's many civic groups and serves as a meeting place for local residents. Moorestown is an affluent suburb of Philadelphia, located in Burlington County, New Jersey, roughly 20 minutes from Philadelphia.
Autumn in Moorestown is held on Main Street, a quaint, tree-lined street at the heart of the town's historic business district. Representing over 100 business owners and entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations, the MBA promotes Moorestown's beauty and uniqueness to local consumers and tourists alike.
